I didn’t make any sales at all in the months since I opened my shop www.diegovonbellini.com and only made one sale from someone I know. Someone named Ecom Zuliee reached out and seemed like a legitimate person that helps Shopify sellers with problems their site is having. I agreed to pay about close to $200 to fix error codes in my site that is making it so people can’t find me on Google. I’ve worked hard making music videos with my products in it, social media, my YouTube channel Diegovonbellini has a lot of my music videos I thought was ahead of its time. I’m a disabled father of 5 with a disabled wife so I was hoping to do well with Shopify and be able to stay at home taking care of my children.

I’ve gone along for a while but now the person is asking me to send money directly to their routing and account number.

How do I lock this person out of collaborator mode? Is it a legitimate person because if it is, I would really appreciate the help. I’m desperate at this point.
