Hello everyone,

I want to modify my “Contact Form” on the FOCAL Theme

I need to add several fields (such as company, adress, country town telephone etc ..)
as well as a tickable form for customers need (ask for a quote, ask to be contacted etc..)
and an option to subscribe to newsletter
(See Screenshot 2)

I guess i need to use custom code but i unfortunately cant code very well

These fields can be added, but for that, you either need to use a third-party form app or hire an expert. If you want, I can guide you on how to create the form using Liquid. If you’re planning to do it yourself, I can guide you through the process. You can provide me with collaboration access if needed.

We can definitely achieve this by using custom Liquid code to add the required fields. Here’s how we can approach it:

  1. Additional Fields:

  2. Tickable Options:

    • A tickable form for customer needs (e.g., “Ask for a quote,” “Ask to be contacted”) can be included with proper labels and functionality.

    • An option to subscribe to the newsletter can be seamlessly integrated into the form.

This will allow your customers to provide detailed information while ensuring the form remains functional and user-friendly.
