Edit Pop Up Background Color to Black

Hi all,

I recently added a pop up to my landing page - in order to get customers to subscribe. But I think the text might be white hence why I cant see it. Is there a way I can change the background of the pop up to black?

I noticed that it looks perfect for mobile layout but it still looks incorrect for Desktop. Do you know how I can fix this?

I removed the cookie because I think it prevents the popup from generating if it already has. When I refresh the screen I get the below:
