When I change the product page for one item it edits the rest of them to look the same. how do I fix this?

When you are editing your theme within the Theme Editor (Online Store > Themes > Edit Theme) you are adjusting the way the website looks across all product pages. You can use the theme editor to create unique templates for each type of product you might have.
You can also create new product templates from within the theme editor by choosing the “Products” → “Create template” option from the drop down menu at the top of the editor.
Once the product template is created, please edit your product and assign your product to this new template.
