Editing Order Confirmation Page... am I missing something?!

Hi all,

I’m helping my partner edit her store, and we’re stumped. There is a section we want to change, and we cannot find where to change it:

Could someone please, for the love of god, help us find how to edit the indicated section above on the order status page?! We have been searching settings and Theme content for hours, and cannot find it. Truly, we cannot find it.

It’s under the Settings > Payments, and then edit your custom payment descriptions.
