i want to know if it possible to edit the UTM for the products on feed i listed from shopify to Facebook and google merchant since they use API feed to link the products
Not if you are using the free Google Shopping app in Shopify.
However you can edit it using feed rules in Google Merchant Center. It does require you to know regular expressions to replace and remap everything. More info: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7450276?hl=en
