Hi, I’ve had the below error message pop up on only 1 product.

Either “offers”, “review”, or “aggregateRating” should be specified - Google Error

Would anyone know why, It’s this product

I checked and the description of product contains ‘itemprop=“description”’, it caused google to misunderstand an error message

You can remove it and check again.
