Hi,
Either fill those attributes or remove those from the schema script
Hey @talkofdtown
Your theme has incorrect structured data for your products needed for Rich Results and Merchant Center. That’s why you’re seeing these errors.
I’m not sure if this was custom code or if it was from your theme but it’s insufficient for Google and other search engines as you can see from the errors.
There isn’t a quick answer with some “simple code”.
There are a few things you can do here:
If you haven’t added any custom code, contact your theme and have them release a fix for this as they are responsible for providing valid structured data as required by Shopify.
Hire a developer to fix it for you, which can be challenging if they don’t understand structured data and Google’s rules.
Install an app like JSON-LD for SEO to provide the correct structured data for your store. Then you can either ignore or remove your theme structured data.
If you’re having issues in Merchant Center, I recommend #3 as their requirements are even more strict than Google Search for Rich Results.
For Merchant Center you want to look at the Merchant Listings which according to this Rich Results Test, is invalid. When a set of data is invalid, Google will ignore the entire set of data.
Hi,
I am Zoey from SEOAnt.
I checked that your website uses 2 apps: Avada SEO and Judgeme review app. These 2 apps will make your website have JSON LD code.
I used the Rich results test tool to randomly test one of your product pages. I was shocked to see that your website has many errors caused by structured data code. Please check the screenshots. The source of the non-standard code has been marked.
If you haven’t noticed it yet, it’s possible that these errors have been affecting your website for too long.
SEOAnt-AI SEO app can help you solve these problems because it also has JSON LD function and 24/7 customer service support. You can get support quickly. However, you need to install SEOAnt-AI SEO because you need to check the website theme code. You can install it through this unique Link with 30% discount, and after installation, a 30% discount banner will pop up.Fortunately, it has a permanent free version.
Of course, you can ask Avada or Judge customer service for help.
In any case, I hope you can solve these errors as soon as possible and wish you a prosperous business.
Why is my Shopify schema markup showing duplicate reviews on mobile devices?
{% if template contains ‘product’ %}
{% endif %}
?
Hi,
I checked the page you specified https://simbye.com/products/belgium-travel-internet-esim, it only has one review schema. So you don’t have to worry.
Hi,
I checked the first URL in your screenshot,
https://simbye.com/products/belgium-travel-internet-esim
The test shows that there is only one review schema.
The result detected by Google search console is the old code. After your website has only one review schema code left, Google search console will not update the data immediately.
So if you want to verify quickly, you can click Verify Repair in Google search console.
Alternatively, you can check a single URL in the Google search console, but you must remember to click “TEST LIVE URL”. Only by clicking this button can the website code checked by Google be the latest.
I did that, the strange thing is that if you set the test tool to the smartphone on the far right then the error message comes up
This is a notification message, for notification only.
You can follow what I said before and wait for the result.
I have it doesn’t work
Can you tell me more details? ![]()
Haha, I don’t understand what you mean ![]()
I have now waited a week and Rich Snippet Code still shows errors that the rating is doubled in the smartphone version. my shopify app is judge.me
Hi,
Your website’s product page does have only one review schema data.
This is just an example. You can find the failed link pointed out by Google search console in the screenshot, and then you can check these links to see if there are duplicate schema reviews.
In addition, according to my experience, as long as this button can be successfully resubmitted without any prompt, it means that there is no duplicate comment schema.
