First post, hopefully in the correct place!
I’m using the Ella theme, latest version, and everything else seems to be working correctly. I’ve made the brands page and it is populated with the list of vendors correctly, but clicking one takes you to a page that says “Sorry, no products matched your selection” when there should be some available. It briefly shows the correct results before displaying the error message so it knows they’re there.
The site isn’t live yet, but the link format is:

Should there be anything else after the name of the vendor? Any suggestions of how to fix?
