Ella theme from themeforest - Icon not Show & how to make the pictures unclickable

Hi,

I am with this website, https://luxstoneworks.com/ (password 1234), I have two questions, could somebody help me?

Question 1: icon do not show

You can see it from the screenshot, I pasted the code snippet " " into homepage. However, the icon did not show. Open homepage and scroll down, you will find the section.

Question 2: How can I make the picture/text/section unclickable?

For example, the “why us” section on homepage, you can see from the below screenshot, I left the “button” and “link” blank, I thought if I just not enter any URL, then it will become unclickable. However, it still clickable, it will redirect to homepage if I click the picture. So, what should i do to make it unclickable?

The icon with text section is on homepage, just as the screenshot below.

In order to fix this, may i create a shopify staff account and invite you? (bamaniyaketan.sky@gmail.com)
