Hope you are well. I am writing on behalf of a client that is supported by my company and there is a user that is not receiving any emails from Shopify. I initially was able to allow the email address to receive external emails but the email address may be blocked on your end due to multiple bounce-backs.
Please could you see if the email address hannah.west@cambridgesatchel.com has been blocked by accident and if this could be unblocked?
