Hi! I am on a Shopify plan paying 39eur month I think it is, do I have a professional email account included with this and if so how do I find it/set it up?

No, a professional email account is not included in your Shopify plan. Shopify does not provide email hosting as part of its subscription plans. However, you can set up a professional email address using a third-party email hosting service, such as Name-cheap. Since you already bought a domain hosting, it is something easier to do on Name-cheap, you can get it cheaper.
But since you don’t know before, are you new to this Shopify business?
With your plan, you don’t get an email directly from Shopify, but they partner with Google for Google Workspace. You can set up a professional email like you@yourstore.com by linking your domain in Settings, once domain connected, you can use Gmail for your business email.
