I want to divide my customer list into alphabetized segments. (I have too many email recipients to send out at one time, so I need to do them in batches. The most logical sort for me is alphabetically.) It does not look like Shopify provides an alphabetized sort feature for customer lists. (I have the Impulse theme, if that matters) How can I accomplish this task? Thank you.
You can sort your customer list alphabetically outside of Shopify by exporting your customer data and using a tool like Excel or Google Sheets. Here’s how you can do it:

Thank you. I just followed your suggestion and created a smaller segment/list. I did a test upload to see if it would create a smaller segment from the upload and it didn’t. Do I have to delete the comprehensive list from Shopify that has all the names/emails in it and start fresh? (This will remove the data on their Shopify activity I have on them, though). I hope my question make sense. If it doesn’t, let me know so I can clarify it.
