Email Automation Active - But fails to Send Emails

My email marketing for add to cart & abandoned checkout is active. However, it only completes half the process and it is “failing” to send the actual emails. Why could this be?

It looks like your email is potentially still in a draft state. Did you edit it?

No, and when I open it it says “editing this email will revert it to a draft state. Do you want to edit it?” So I don’t think it’s in a draft state.

I dont think it was, I deactivated it an activated it. It might work now… however, can I send the email that failed manually? There must be a way for that customer who havent received the mail due to an error.

There currently is not a way to send an individual email.
