Hi everyone - just wondering if anyone has a solution to this?
Shopify support has not been able to help me so far unfortunately and it has been a few days. I have set up an automation for first time customers to sign up with their email address on our home page and then they receive and automatic email with the discount. However they are getting the verification email but not our follow up discount email? Can someone please help.
