Email Automation: Trigger > Specific Date

Hello Everyone

I created a new automation campaign with 10 emails to be sent to all my subscribers. I set up the automation to start on a specific date. The automation is turned on and it was supposed to start this morning but it didn’t send the first email. Did I miss something? Do I need to do anything else to the automation to start?

It’s possible that there might be an issue with your automation settings. Here are a few things you can check:

  1. Make sure that your automation is active and not in a paused state.

  2. Double-check that the start date and time of your automation is correctly set and that it hasn’t already passed.

  3. Check the frequency of the automation to ensure that it’s set to send emails at the right intervals.

  4. Make sure that the email addresses of your subscribers are valid and up-to-date.

Hello

  1. The automation is turned on and active.

  2. I have set the dates twice to start the next day but they never did.

  3. Not sure what this means. The automation doesn’t start to begin with and the subsequent emails are set to be sent every other day.

  4. All email address are valid as we have sent manual emails and they delivered just fine.

This is being done through Shopify directly so I will contact support.
