I just realized my checkout page asks for email information twice. I already contacted shopify support but they said my theme is edited. I am using the Dawn theme. How can I fix this ? By the way, my store is lavajewels.com

You can add a custom field in the Shipping address with a third-party app or customizations. You recently added any changes to the theme (via app or direct changes). It is not the default feature of Shopify.
