Email Colors Changing After Sending – Assistance Needed

Hi Shopify Support,

I’ve been designing my marketing emails in Shopify and customizing the colors to match my brand theme. However, when I send a test email, the colors appear completely different from what I originally set in the design. I haven’t tried sending an actual email to customers yet, but I’m concerned about how it will look.

This issue only happens on my phone, not on desktop. I suspect it might be related to light mode and dark mode settings on my phone, but the colors still end up looking really bad, and I don’t want to send emails that appear this way to my customers.

I’ve attached screenshots to show the difference between my designed email and the test email received on my phone.

Could you help me understand why this is happening and if there’s a way to ensure the correct colors are displayed?
