Email Colors Changing After Sending – Assistance Needed

Hi Shopify Support,

I’ve been designing my marketing emails in Shopify and customizing the colors to match my brand theme. However, when I send a test email, the colors appear completely different from what I originally set in the design. I haven’t tried sending an actual email to customers yet, but I’m concerned about how it will look.

This issue only happens on my phone, not on desktop. I suspect it might be related to light mode and dark mode settings on my phone, but the colors still end up looking really bad, and I don’t want to send emails that appear this way to my customers.
