Is there a way to make my email footer only appear on one page, I want it to only appear on the Home page.

As of now, there is no option yet to remove a footer from other section of your store or theme although, you might want to reach out to your theme developer and see if there are any theme codes that you can add for the footer to only appear on your homepage.
