Email Formatting Broken on Emails from Contact Form

A client of ours is experiencing what looks to be an email formatting issue from mailer@shopfiy when sending contact information across from the contact form. The theme the client is using is Prestige.

Is this a know issue and is there a way to fix this?

It looks very similar to this issues: https://community.shopify.com/post/1872593. Our client is using an iphone to open the messages.
