Shopify created an internal ticket for me, but no further update.

Hello there! Sorry for not updating, I got mine fixed by contacting a support admin. That means we chatted online in real time as she fixed my concern. So my call to action is to chat with an admin and everything will fall into place once you’ve handed over to them your concern.
