No not yet. I spoke with support and they said it was an issue with a recent upgrade to their domain server. They told me to try again today, but I still haven’t had any luck with it

Same issue here - 2 days passed by today.

Same we littery pay this company a bleep ton while they dont even have this in place for love of god

They have it in place, however there seems to be an issue with it according to the helpdesk. I haven’t been able to resolve this yet. No updates from them either.

I’m facing the same issue guys. I cannot validate the MX-records of Zoho in my Shopify domain settings. I’d be glad to hear if someone has a solution for this!

The solution would be if we all start spamming live chat with the same issue maybe then they will wake up

It’s beceause Starting December 2024, the Email Hosting & Forwarding feature has been disabled for all new domain purchases. No more information by the team yet
