I don’t know what I did but I did it. I am no longer receiving any emails from the store to my Gmail. What I did do is switch the emails being forwarded to my a personal Gmail, to a Gmail more in line with the store. Now any emails coming from “info@myvitaessence.com” are pointed at “myvitaessence@gmail.com” but they aren’t making it there for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated!. Shop is Myvitaessence.com
Hey @daytonabob1 are you sure you used the right process when you tried to change it? Try and cross check with the Shopify manual here https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/intro-to-shopify/initial-setup/setup-your-email#
Thank You for the info Shadowtitan. I traced the issue down to an email link on the page itself so I think(!) I’m good now.
