My email forwarding has stopped working over the last few days. I’ve tried to use the ai assistant. But it keeps telling me I’m using a third-party email but I registered the domain with Shopify and it’s been working fine until now. The AI assistant tells me this is the line " mx.timetees.co.uk.cust.b.hostedemail.com that needs removing . Every time I remove it Shopify put it back in again

Yes, the domain is managed by Shopify and I don’t use any third-party email services.
