Did that air fryer have 50% or more discount? Then it could be a scam.
I saw last week one similar topic https://community.shopify.com/c/retail-and-point-of-sale/looking-for-order/m-p/2892123#M15494 it was ninja item but photo edited so that they removed the logo.
What is the exact link of the store?
Note that the email itself is not a sign of a scam. That happens to stores that do not set domain and email correctly.
