Email from Shopify about non-brand theme- is it a scam?

Hi,

I received an email from ‘Shopify Support’ stating

“We have noticed that you are still using a non-brand theme on your website store. This is a serious violation of our rules and regulations, and it could result in your store being blocked or suspended. Please change your theme to a brand-approved one immediately, or contact us if you have any questions or concerns. This is a final warning.”

I’ve googled non-brand theme and brand-approved them and kind find anything on this.
