Hope someone can help me here. I set up my store email: info@lifeliveduntamed.com and it was working, but I installed Judge.me and am having issue receiving email via my website, and I couldn’t get a confirmation email from setting up Judge.me for Custom Sender email. Judge.me is investigating, but they don’t know what it is happening yet so I am asking here for any assistant.

Hi @youngoakE if you can you want to remove your address from your post , you just set yourself up for massive marketing spam the rest of your life.
As for mail configuration issues you need to take that up with the third parties, the domain seller and the third party app trying to be used.
It only applies to shopify if the domain was bought through shopify in which case consider contacting shopify support-advisor DIRECTLY on the help/chat site https://help.shopify.com
setting/configuring mail or domains can be a drawn out process on waiting for things to propagate or roundtrip support responses.
