I want to change the family-font of the default mails by Shopify (account confirmation, order purchased, etc.)

How can I do it?

I went through question so it looks feasible but it requires custom development. So you need to get in touch with a developer who have sound knowledge in frontend development.

You can customize the email template from Settings > Notification. Then select the email template you want & now you can add the font family using CSS.
