Email opt-in form does not open

Hello there.

I’m the host of the store www.arkoutlet.shop. I’ve created an opt-in form using the Shopify Forms app. The form would work where it would pop up automatically on the users screen after 3 seconds. Now the form doesnt pop up at all and only the teaser is displayed after 3 seconds.

How do I fix this?

I would clear your cache or open in incognito because it opens fine.

Yeah I disabled all of the other apps to try it out but it still wouldn’t work when I visit the website on an app say instagram.

Does it work for you? It won’t pop up at all for me when I visit it in-app on mobile.

Now the form doesnt pop up at all and only the teaser is displayed after 3 seconds.

If you dismiss the form by clicking the close button, Forms remembers this and does not show you the form on subsequent visits.

You’d need to clear local storage to “re-show” the form:

• the arrow points to the form ID, can be several, one for each form;
• minimized – means form closed, to show teaser (if teaser is setup);
• dismissed – teaser closed also (if no teaser, would create this after main form popup closed).
