Email Sign In Pop Up vanishes too fast after "success" pop up

Hello:

I have a an email pop up designed by mailchimp for Shopify. Once a customer gives their email, a “success” message will appear with a discount code. Problem is this message disappears too fast for the customer to retrieve or copy the code.

Is this a problem I can fix within Shopify code?

Hello,

Have you tried to check the sign up form setting (The minutes you set for the thank you page before disappear)?

Yes, it does not appear an option is available in settings for time duration in the mailchimp app.

Okay, but I haven’t heard that before… I’m sure you make a mistake somewhere
