Email sign up doesn't work on Spotlight Theme

Hi, I recently changed the theme to Spotlight and the email signup doesn’t work. When I put the email in and press enter, the page reloads to main page. I also disabled the Captcha setting but still the same problem. Is there something I can do to make it work again. Site: www.fogveli.com - you can see the signup at the bottom of the main page.
