The help desk at Smartmail cannot help me so I am here to consult the coding experts. 
I have added some email sign up app embed coding to this page: Sign Up Form (claribelskincare.com)
And it is supposed to look like this:
Instead, it looks like this:
As you can see the area where you “sign up” looks unprofessional and somehow the coding is not adhering to the original nicer looking version in the first photo.
Is there something I can do to “fix” for override any theme issues that are causing the change to happen?
