I would like to automate an email to customers who have had their purchased products just delivered.
The reason I would like to do this is to add “Review us on google”.
If anyone also knows of some links or articles that can help me out on becoming more of a pro on Shopify Marketing Campaigns/automation, that would be much appreciated.

You may find the Shipment delivered notification from Shopify and edit it the way you want to ask for a review. This notification is sent to the customer automatically after orders with tracking information are delivered. Therefore, there’s no need to create an automation for this.
You can find it from your Shopify admin > Settings > Notifications > Shipping > Delivered.
