You can download an email marketing app from Shopify’s app store and integrate it with your store. Once done, a pop-up and an email template will be created so that whenever a condition is met, an email will be triggered having that coupon code.

Also, we would suggest you take out some time and download a suitable app because third-party apps might hamper your store’s speed.
