Email verification for custom domain is not sending

I am not receiving my verification email when I’m trying to add my custom domain email address.

It works well with other plugins (like Joy, Judge.me…). I’ve been trying for several hours now…

Is there anything I can do?

1. Check for Email Delivery Issues:

  • Spam Folder: Look for the verification email in your spam folder. Sometimes important emails get filtered out.
  • Search: Search your entire inbox for emails from Shopify using keywords like “verification” or “domain.”

2. Verify Contact Information:

  • Domain Settings: In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Domains. Select the domain in question and click on Domain settings. Double-check that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date, especially the email address associated with the domain.

3. Update Email Address (if possible):

  • Shopify Admin: Go to Settings > Notifications. Within that section, you might find an option to update the email address used for receiving domain verification emails. (This option might not be available in all accounts.)
