Our firm signed up to a Shopify Partner account to use with our clients. We used a mailbox that all who need to, have access to to sign in and access. When we attempt to verify the email address, we don’t receive a verification email. We have sent it multiple times, waited a few days, checked spam, junk, archive etc and we have not received it.
We have also contacted our IT support and there are no issues with our email receiving emails. We even have received multiple promotional emails from Shopify while waiting for the verification to come through.
We have since changed the email in Shopify to one of our personal emails so that we could contact support (you cannot get help unless you have verified your email address).
Now we want to change to the email we need to use for our account, but we need to receive the verification email.
Could someone help please? Has anyone experienced this?
