Hello! I have a landing page built in PageFly that collects email addresses and stores them as Shopify customers. Then, I have a email nurture campaign built in Shopify email, which should be triggered when someone subscribes to my mailing list on the PageFly landing page.
Unfortunately, the trigger does not seem to be working. The first email does not go out. This is what the workflow looks like:
After subscribing, I want the first email to go out immediately, after making sure that it is not going out to someone that has already made a purchase.
I’m new to this workflow… Have I selected the wrong triggers and conditions??? Should the first trigger be “Customer created” instead?

Hello! Thanks for checking in. The problem was not with PageFly, but with the trigger within Shopify email. I’ve figured it out now:
I changed the first trigger to “Customer Created” and removed the second part (Check if…) altogether. It’s working now!
