I manage three separate Shopify stores for brands I work on and every single one has seen a massive spike in bounce rates basically overnight on January 22-23, and none of the Shopify order confirmations, shipping confirmations, etc. are sending. The weird thing to me is they’re all @Me .com, @icloud.com, and @Mac_2 .com email addresses, all of which we were receiving emails just fine before January 22nd.

I have checked and triple checked all the DMARC, DKIM, and SPF settings, have tested sender scores and domain reputation, and everything seems to be set up and functioning properly. Yet, the emails still will not deliver. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Are there any solutions for sending emails to these accounts? I am totally baffled.
