Embedded video in custom liquid block doesn't play

Hi there Shopify community,

I have a question regarding a video I have embedded on my product pages. When a visitor lands on the website the video doesn’t play. Only when the website reloads it starts to play. How can I make sure that the video, which I placed in a custom liquid block, plays automatically when a visitor lands on the page?

Just click on any of the products like: https://www.plantybrand.com/products/sansevieria-laurentii and scroll down. You will find the video below the first column section with icons.

Hi @PlantyBrand ,

I tested and it works fine. It always autoplays for the first visit.

Have you tried testing on another device?
