Ok so I’ve tried different browsers, cleared cahces, reset the whole video and re uploaded but for some reason the first video on my “Meet the Teachers” Page does not show up. Every other one does but not the one at the top. And yes I have already checked the setting for embedding a youtube video, I have allowed it. I dont know whats causing this interference.

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like the thumbnail on your video is not showing up. Did you definitely set a thumbnail?
While this appears to be a greyed-out preview set by YouTube (and therefore beyond the scope of our support), I did do a little digging and it seems that one possible explanation is that your video is set to “Made for Kids”:
It seems that if a video is set as “Made for Kids” certain security measures may come into play. It’s part of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). I suggest checking out the other YouTube videos in the playlist and check-in with YouTube support.
Am I right in saying that you’re creating an educational store or resource for teachers or students? If so you might find this case study useful.
