Hello,

I noticed a lot of my clients are facing problems while trying to take a subscription on my app.

For some clients its working, some not.

Thanks for sharing the request IDs! The logs indicate that the user that attempted to accept the charges do not have permissions to app billing charges. Iā€™d recommend getting in touch with the merchant to ensure that a staff member with appropriate permissions is accepting the charges.
