Empire Theme - Changing some features on this theme

Happy Sunday scaries!

So I have Empire theme and was hoping to change a few things about it.

First, the spacing of the page. I’d like to add some padding to the sides so it doesn’t take the whole width of the page.

Second, changing the location of buttons in a Mosaic section.

The third and final thing (for now), would be to change the quick add button to hover mode instead of being stagnant.
