Our site has a quick buy feature, and there are two buttons. One to see specs (opens quick buy) page with a button linking to the contact page, and a second button that links directly to the contact page. I am looking to edit these buttons but cannot find where it is located in the settings or the code. I want to make the button linking to the contact page a call button.

You can update the text from theme’s default content
from what I see, this is actually a custom coded addition with the button linking to a different page. I think this is controlled somewhere in the code
