According to the information given for sendle shipping app, it is possible to enable third party carrier calculated rates if you switch from monthly payment to yearly payment in any plan of your account with Shopify. I just did that. My Carrier is Sendle in united States.
What is the way to speak with Shopify customer service in order to get what I need for my store?
Hey there, @Liz2022 . Thanks for reaching out to the Shopify Community with your question! I’m happy to jump in here and lend you a hand!
You’re correct here - you’ll need to chat with our Live Team to get CCS (carrier calculated shipping) enabled for your shop now that you’ve made this plan change! You can use this link here to get in touch with them.
Do you mind me asking why you’re looking to use Sendle to help with your Shipping? I’m always curious when I meet folks looking to use third party apps for their shipping rates! I’d love to have some context behind your decision making here.
Additionally, I’d love to learn more about your business! Do you happen to have a link to your shop that you could provide me? I’d love to take some time exploring your store and seeing what you’ve built! I may be able to provide you with some additional tips and tricks to help you continue growing your brand!
Hi, thanks for the help. I did that yesterday and talked to two team members.
Well, I was using Sendle before start in Shopify, they are supposed to have great shipping rates plus 100 % carbon neutral delivery. Besides they picked up my parcels from my home. They have an integration with Shopify.
Actually I am new in business in the country, so I really don’t know if the other options on Shopify are good as well.
Oh my, if you do that it will be an excellent help for me! This is an struggle.
Thanks for all the information you provided regarding why you went with Sendle! I only asked because we’ve seen a lot of merchants have success using flat shipping rates in their stores instead of 3rd party shipping app rates. These 3rd party shipping apps can cause some slowdowns in the checkout for customers, so we always like to ask for info behind why folks are looking to use them.
Of course, many people get loads of value from these applications, so if you’ve already grown to love Sendle, I’m sure you’ll love it’s integration with Shopify, too!
Thanks for providing me your store link! I tried to access your store but it looks like you have your password page up currently. If you login to your Admin and go to ‘Online Store’ and then ‘Preferences’, you should be able to scroll down the page and find your storefront password there. If you can provide me with that password so I can bypass your storefront password page, I can start exploring!
Have you thought about your marketing strategy at all yet? I know that’s something you should look into very soon so you can drive traffic to your site! Do you have any social media accounts you plan on using to advertise your store?
