Hi! We have a subscription rental toy business, Tiny Earth Toys (tinyearth.co), that we are migrating from Squarespace to Shopify. In the process, we are hoping to shift from a purchase experience that is just “purchase the rental of X number of toys per month” to “purchase a membership that includes X toys per month + choose the first set of toys.” Then when it is time to exchange for the next set of toys they can check out again for $0 with a different set of toys selected. Are there any apps that would be a good fit for creating this kind of subscription customization experience? Thank you!

Hi Miguel! We charge for memberships on a monthly basis using Recharge Payments. re: my initial post, the items included in each shipment are still determined manually by our team after a customer inputs their general preferences in a text field at checkout.

Actually I came across this app before but I never thought it would meet my needs as those subscription apps seem to be suitable in the cases that you’re selling products on a regular basis but not for the cases where you’re simply recharging customers for a service or rental items they keep.
Anyway, I have emailed Recharge but as far as I can see this is the app that I have been looking for for a long time.
