Enabling swipe on Collection List for Desktop

My website: www.faithandyou.in has a Featured Collection slider on desktop & mobile and has a collection list slider on mobile:

But when I add the collection list slider on mobile the buttons show, on desktop the buttons also show but it is NOT A SLIDER!

How do you make collection list carousel slider?
