Endless glitch with verification and payment

Hi there!

So i have and endless glitch problem - started to prepare my (future) store for weeks now and my 3 month 1$ was about to end. I tried to switch the subscrition to the lowest possible - 32$ and to turn off all addons for now, as we did not event start with selling.

When i tried to do it, there was a problem with changing anything as my profile is not verified - which is weird, becouse it is. If i log in and try to do anything it ask me to put on all de details (name, e-mail, phone number - the basic ones) and it still do nothing. I can’t get to the live support beousce it ask me all the time to do it.

Now i have big a** check for 181$ - which i could avoid, but i could’ not change anything. We about to start in 3-4 weeks i and i have this kind of problem at the very begging? it doesnt look good. And after clicking everywhere i still did not talk to any normal human being, just robochat for once, and it could not help me.

Please, is there any e-mail i could write, any normal person? I will not pay 181$ just to get in touch with someone, as i could avoid this kind of money.
