Enlarge & move home page section headings in Dawn theme

Hi All,

Is there a way to enlarge & center section headings on the home page in the Dawn theme? I have been using the rich text section so I can create a larger heading but I can’t change the colour scheme when I do that. Can anybody assist please ?
