We need to show enquire now button instead of Buy now and add to cart only to specific product where in tag enquiry-now is written. how to do that? and once enquiry button clicked, enquiry form will open.

For your reference, we will support a “deep link” setting that will allow you to add a “contact us” button on the product page for example. Then you can hide the buy now button and replace it with our one.
Once customer clicks on the button, the real-time live chat tool will pop up on the corner, they can chat with you directly there and you can reply to customer message via our app or via the Mobile app installed to your phone.
