I’m using Dawn theme and I want to export my Metafield of Variants. Is it possible via theme editor or should i have to switch to third party app someone please suggest an answer to this.

First of all the metafields are not related to theme. The metafield structure stays the same irrespective of the theme you are using.
You’ll need to either use API to export the metafields of Variants or use an app from shopify store to export your data.
